The Mellon Square Garage is located under historical Mellon Square Park where you can enjoy fountains, a cascading water fall, art work, lush greenery, eat your lunch or just hang out and enjoy the sites and/or noon time entertainment. It is in the heart of the City.

The Garage and Park are across from the Omni William Penn Hotel, Brooks Brothers Clothier and catty-cornered to the Burlington Coat Factory. It is half a block from the World famous Duquesne Club, other venues and a short walk to the Cultural District and the Embassy Suite Hotel.

The Mellon Square Garage is encompassed by Smithfield Street, Oliver Avenue, William Penn Place, and Sixth Avenue with entrances/exits on both Oliver Avenue and Sixth Avenue. For customer convenience, in additional to a cashier, the facility is equipped with a pay-on-foot machine.

The Mellon Square Garage is located by the Omni William Penn Hotel, between William Penn Place and Smithfield Downtown underneath Mellon Park. The garage capacity is 798 vehicles and is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Listed below are the lease charges, daily parking rates and the hours of operation effective July 1, 2023:

Day Rate Monday thru Friday 5:00am to 3:59pm Each new business day begins at 5:00am. Parkers who stay beyond 5:00am will be charged additional fees for another day.
